Every code can be used from 1 to 31 October 2026. It is a fixed-amount discount with a minimum spend: below the threshold in the table the coupon cannot be selected, and above it the discount stays the same. The app’s checkout screen shows the definitive threshold and discount.
Who it works for, and what it excludes
Three things have to be true to use a Collect2Day first order promo code:

You have a registered Collect2Day account that has never placed an order. The offer is for new users only.
- 2The item qualifies
Direct-shipping items from Mercari and eBay, plus Buy Now items on JDirectItems Auction.
- 3You redeem it first, then check out
It is not applied automatically. Enter your region’s code in the Coupon Wallet and tap Redeem; only then can you select that coupon in the checkout price breakdown.

Redeem the code in your Coupon Wallet
Sign up and log in to Collect2Day (the registration guide walks you through it), open the Coupon Wallet in the app, paste your region’s code into the “Enter a coupon code” field at the top and tap Redeem; the code then becomes a coupon sitting in your wallet. The wallet only shows coupons for the region you are currently in, so check your region setting first.

Whether your account still counts as a new user is checked the moment you tap Redeem. So redeem the code into your wallet first, then take your time choosing what to buy — just place the order by 31 October.

Search the Collect2Day app for items on Mercari or eBay, or Buy Now items on JDirectItems Auction, and add them to your cart.
The code has a minimum order amount, and a single cart can hold items from more than one marketplace at once, so the most direct way to clear the threshold is to put everything in the same order. How that works is in the cross-platform cart guide.
Fill in your delivery details
Make sure the delivery address is in your own region — the code is region-locked, and a mismatch between your address and the code will stop it applying.
Taiwan customs requires every inbound parcel to be verified through EZ WAY. It has nothing to do with the promo code, but skipping it strands the parcel at the delivery stage, so get it done before you order.
Pick the coupon at checkout, then pay
Back at checkout, select the coupon you just redeemed in the price breakdown and confirm the total has dropped by your region’s discount before paying. Eligibility is checked once at checkout and again when you proceed to payment, so if you change the cart in between, re-check that the discount is still there and the order still clears the minimum.
Five reasons a code gets rejected
If checkout says your Collect2Day first order promo code is invalid, check these in order:
- 1The order is below the minimum
Every code has a threshold (Hong Kong’s is HKD $300, for example), and the order total has to reach it. This is the one most people miss.
- 2It is not October
The codes on this page only work from 1 to 31 October 2026.
- 3The item is a bid, not a Buy Now
Bid orders on JDirectItems Auction cannot take a promo code; only Buy Now items can.
- 4You used another region’s code
Codes are region-locked — a Hong Kong account entering the Taiwan or Singapore code will not be recognised.
- 5The account has ordered before
The offer is for new users who have never placed an order; an account that has already ordered no longer qualifies.
