On the Japanese resale market, raw copies in condition A mostly traded around ¥200,000 until mid-August, then slid from August 21 and averaged ¥20,494 on October 6. PSA 10 copies went from ¥550,000 on July 24 to ¥117,000 on October 6. Here are both price trends.

What is the OP13-001 Luffy Grévin promo card?

The Musée Grévin, the Paris wax museum, opened a permanent ONE PIECE space on June 26, 2026 — the first Japanese anime universe to feature there. The first 50,000 ticketed visitors were promised a ONE PIECE Card Game promo card: OP13-001, a Monkey D. Luffy Leader with artwork made for the collaboration. Luffy runs through the museum’s green-and-gold hall, with the CABARET DU SOLEIL sign behind him and the INCROYABLE Grévin PARIS logo on the card. The card text is in French.

Crowds far exceeded expectations, and on June 28 the museum suspended the handout, saying it would issue more cards than first planned. On August 17 it put a ONE PIECE ticket on sale that includes the card, for visits from August 24, backed by a far larger extra print run. According to the museum’s FAQ, these tickets have daily quotas, a maximum of 5 per order, and one card per ticket holder aged 5 and over who attends in person; November tickets go on sale from October 15.

On price, raw A copies averaged ¥198,500 on June 28 and mostly moved around ¥200,000 until mid-August, with a single-day high of ¥376,666 on August 13 and ¥195,000 on August 18. On August 21 they averaged ¥118,000 and never returned to that level, reaching a low of ¥19,733 on September 30 and ¥20,494 on October 6. PSA 10’s first sales day was July 24 at ¥550,000; it eased from there to a low of ¥81,666 on October 1, then ¥117,000 on October 6.

Each point on the charts is the average of that day’s sales, and days with no sale have no point, so a single day can reflect only one or two trades. Other Luffy prints share the number OP13-001: before you order, check on the Collect2Day product page that it is the French promo with the INCROYABLE Grévin PARIS logo, and check the condition notes and seller photos — and the grading label as well for PSA 10.

FAQ

What does “condition A” mean?

It is the resale market’s condition grade for ungraded cards, the highest of four grades from A to D. It is not a third-party grade like PSA, so go by the seller’s description and photos.

Why did the price fall from late August?

The fall lines up in time with the museum’s ticket that includes the card and the much larger handout from August 24. Other factors move prices too, so this post shows the timing only and does not claim one caused the other.

Where can I buy the OP13-001 Luffy Grévin promo?

Search “Luffy Grevin” on Collect2Day for raw copies such as condition A, or “Grevin PSA10” for PSA 10 graded cards. Other Luffy prints share the number OP13-001, so check that it is the French Grévin promo. These trends are for reference only and are not investment advice.
