Starter Deck “Straw Hat Crew” (ST-01) is the set of card numbers many people first meet when they get into the ONE PIECE Card Game. One thing to be clear about up front: all nine cards here are promo or distribution prints — Promotion Card Sets 1, 2 and 3, a Weekly Shonen Jump mail-in, ONE PIECE FILM RED sets, Jump GIGA 2023 WINTER, a Standard Battle winner’s prize and a movie premium card collection. None is the copy you get from opening a starter deck, so these prices are not the going rate for deck cards. Every figure is a 180-day raw (ungraded) median from the Japanese market — a snapshot, with no trend and no forecast. Tony Tony Chopper leads with the highest median (¥36,000); Monkey D. Luffy’s Leader card trades most often (110 sales).
TL;DR
- 9 ST-01 “Straw Hat Crew” promo and distribution prints, ranked by 180-day raw Japan-market median from ¥36,000 down to ¥1,500 — none is a starter-deck original.
- The most expensive is a C-rarity Tony Tony Chopper (¥36,000); the only SR, Roronoa Zoro (¥3,500), ranks fifth.
- Monkey D. Luffy’s Leader card trades most (110 sales), then Nami (91 sales); Sanji has just 4 sales, so read its number cautiously.
Why can the same card number sell at such different prices?
All nine carry an ST-01 number, but they came from different places, and prices run from Jinbe’s ¥1,500 to Tony Tony Chopper’s ¥36,000. The rarity letter isn’t what sets the price: the only SR, Roronoa Zoro, has a ¥3,500 median, while a C card tops the list. Chopper and Nico Robin both came from Promotion Card Set 3, at ¥36,000 and ¥7,246. The other thing to watch is the distance between the median and the volume-weighted average: Sanji’s are nearly identical (¥1,800 / ¥1,825), Zoro’s are ¥3,500 against ¥10,601. The wider that gap, the more mixed the versions and conditions trading under one card number — and the more carefully you should read which version a listing says it is.
These figures come from actual sale records in the Japanese market over a 180-day window (as of 2026-09-27). The scope is the full Starter Deck “Straw Hat Crew” (ST-01, released 2022-07-08), limited to prints that clear a minimum number of raw (ungraded) sales in that window, ranked by 180-day raw median, high to low. The raw price excludes single outlier high sales, covers Raw/Ungraded grades, and excludes B4U/BSO self-trades. This is an old-set retrospective: it reflects actual prices over roughly the past half-year, not a trend and not a forecast.

Promotion Card Set 3
180-Day Raw (Ungraded) Median
¥36,000
Search This Card ›Print Notes
Tony Tony Chopper carries the highest median of the nine: ¥36,000 raw over the past 180 days. The printed rarity is only C, but this copy came from Promotion Card Set 3 — same card number as the one in the starter deck, different origin. Mind the sample, though: just 27 sales in 180 days, and a volume-weighted average of ¥23,510 against that ¥36,000 median, which means prices are widely spread and condition and version both move the number. If you want one, waiting on Collect2Day for a copy in the condition you’re after is more realistic than buying the first listing.

Nami Nami(C)
Nami
C · ST01-007
the ONE PIECE FILM RED Finale Set
180-Day Raw (Ungraded) Median
¥7,900
Search This Card ›Print Notes
Nami’s C print has a ¥7,900 raw median, the second-highest of the nine, and 91 sales in the past 180 days — second only to Monkey D. Luffy for turnover. That combination is unusual: pricier cards usually trade thinly, and this one does neither. It came from the ONE PIECE FILM RED Finale Set movie tie-in, not the starter deck. The volume-weighted average of ¥9,246 sits close to the ¥7,900 median, so prices are fairly concentrated — one of the easier cards here for a newcomer to read.

Nico Robin Nico Robin(C)
Nico Robin
C · ST01-008
Promotion Card Set 3
180-Day Raw (Ungraded) Median
¥7,246
Search This Card ›Print Notes
Nico Robin comes from the same Promotion Card Set 3 as top-ranked Tony Tony Chopper, yet their raw medians are far apart: ¥7,246 for Robin, ¥36,000 for Chopper. Same distribution batch, and it isn’t the rarity letter that separates them. Robin logged 42 sales in 180 days, more than Chopper’s 27, and a volume-weighted average of ¥9,318 above the ¥7,246 median shows higher-priced sales are not rare. For a full set of ST-01 promo prints, this is usually the mid-budget slot.

a Weekly Shonen Jump 2023 No. 6/7 mail-in offer
180-Day Raw (Ungraded) Median
¥6,000
Search This Card ›Print Notes
This Monkey D. Luffy Leader card came from a Weekly Shonen Jump 2023 No. 6/7 mail-in offer, and it is the most traded card of the nine: 110 sales in 180 days, ahead of Nami’s 91. A Leader goes one per deck, so player demand is steady, and a record this dense says plenty of copies are in circulation. The raw median is ¥6,000, but the volume-weighted average reaches ¥17,469, well above it — a sign that several different distributions may be trading under the same card number, cheap and expensive copies counted together. Don’t read this card off one number: check which version a listing actually is.

Roronoa Zoro Roronoa Zoro(SR)
Roronoa Zoro
SR · ST01-013
Promotion Card Set 1
180-Day Raw (Ungraded) Median
¥3,500
Search This Card ›Print Notes
Roronoa Zoro is the only SR among the nine, from Promotion Card Set 1, yet its raw median is just ¥3,500 — fifth place. Rarity letter and price don’t line up, and this card is the clearest counter-example. More telling is the volume-weighted average: ¥10,601, far above the ¥3,500 median, on only 39 sales in 180 days. A gap that wide usually means versions and conditions with very different prices are trading side by side, and a few high sales are enough to drag the average up. Zoro’s popularity needs no introduction, but before you buy, which version the listing says it is and what condition the card is in matter far more than the median.

a Standard Battle winner’s prize
180-Day Raw (Ungraded) Median
¥2,999
Search This Card ›Print Notes
Gum-Gum Jet Pistol is the only event card here — everything else is a character — and this print was a Standard Battle winner’s prize. It logged just 6 sales in 180 days, the second-fewest of the nine, so very few copies seem to be circulating. On a sample that thin, the ¥2,999 median rests on a handful of trades, with a volume-weighted average of ¥3,350; one sale more or less moves the reading. Treat the price as a reference, not a market rate. It doesn’t come up often — keep an eye on Collect2Day if you want one.

Nefeltari Vivi
C · ST01-009
a Jump GIGA 2023 WINTER magazine bonus
180-Day Raw (Ungraded) Median
¥2,480
Search This Card ›Print Notes
This Nefeltari Vivi is a magazine bonus from Jump GIGA 2023 WINTER — same card number as the starter-deck copy, different origin, and you had to buy that issue to get it. Its raw median is ¥2,480 with a volume-weighted average of ¥3,126, on 10 sales in 180 days — a thin sample, so leave some slack in the reading. Sales trickle in slowly rather than in a rush. Cards like this are down to timing: if one shows up on Collect2Day, it’s worth a look.

Sanji Sanji(C)
Sanji
C · ST01-004
Premium Card Collection -ONE PIECE FILM RED-
180-Day Raw (Ungraded) Median
¥1,800
Search This Card ›Print Notes
Sanji’s numbers are the tidiest of the nine: a ¥1,800 raw median and a ¥1,825 volume-weighted average, almost identical — usually a sign of one version in circulation and evenly spread condition, with none of the wide gap Roronoa Zoro shows. Mind the sample, though: only 4 sales in 180 days, the fewest in the set, so even the “concentrated prices” reading should be taken cautiously. This print came from Premium Card Collection -ONE PIECE FILM RED-, and at this price it’s an easy entry for a new collector.

Jinbe Jinbe(C)
Jinbe
C · ST01-005
Promotion Card Set 2
180-Day Raw (Ungraded) Median
¥1,500
Search This Card ›Print Notes
Jinbe’s raw median is ¥1,500, the cheapest of the nine, with a volume-weighted average of ¥2,171 on 28 sales in 180 days — steady trading at a low price band. It belongs to the same Promotion Card Set line as Robin and Chopper, from Promotion Card Set 2, just a different batch. Low price, a real sales record, and a Straw Hat crew member: a good first card for an ST-01 promo collection, with Chopper’s ¥36,000 at the other end of the ladder.
At a glance: what qualifies
FAQ
Are these the prices of ST-01 starter-deck cards?
No. All nine are promo or distribution prints (promotion card sets, a magazine bonus, a mail-in offer, a tournament prize and so on). They share card numbers with the starter deck but came from different sources, so these prices don’t apply to cards pulled from the deck itself.
Why is a C-rarity Tony Tony Chopper worth more than the only SR, Roronoa Zoro?
Price follows the print’s origin and demand, not the rarity letter. This Chopper came from Promotion Card Set 3, at a ¥36,000 median; Zoro came from Promotion Card Set 1, at ¥3,500.
What does a big gap between the median and the weighted average mean?
Usually that versions or conditions with very different prices are trading under the same card number — Roronoa Zoro, for example, has a ¥3,500 median and a ¥10,601 average. When the two are close (Sanji, ¥1,800 / ¥1,825), prices are concentrated.
Which card trades most often?
Monkey D. Luffy’s Leader card, with 110 sales in the past 180 days, followed by Nami with 91 sales.
