The One Piece Card Game “English Version 3rd Anniversary Set” comes in a Japanese edition and an English edition. The contents and artwork are identical; what changes is the language printed on the cards. Here are both editions side by side for the set itself and its two headline leader cards, Luffy OP13-001 and Ace OP13-002, with the lowest current Collect2Day price in yen and a link to each product’s search.
TL;DR
- The Japanese and English editions have the same contents, artwork and card numbers. The only difference is the language of the card text.
- Lowest Collect2Day prices on 29 September 2026: the set from ¥91,111 (Japanese) and from ¥89,000 (English); Luffy from ¥23,333 (Japanese) and from about ¥36,500 (English); Ace from ¥16,999 (Japanese) and from about ¥16,900 (English).
- English singles on Collect2Day are eBay listings priced in US dollars, so their yen figures are estimates. Don’t confuse this set with the “Japanese Version 3rd Anniversary Set” or the China edition.
What is the English Version 3rd Anniversary Set?
The English Version 3rd Anniversary Set marks three years of the One Piece Card Game in English. It is built around the three brothers, Ace, Sabo and Luffy, with newly illustrated promo cards. A Japanese-language edition of the same set followed, so collectors can pick the language they prefer.
Each set holds 7 promo cards (a leader card each for Ace, Luffy and Sabo, plus 4 character cards), 10 DON!! cards, a storage box and a red leather card case. Card numbers match across editions: the Luffy leader is OP13-001 in both. Only the card names, effect text and DON!! text switch between Japanese and English.

FAQ
What is the difference between the Japanese and English editions?
The contents, artwork and card numbers are identical. The difference is the language: the Japanese edition prints card names and effect text in Japanese, the English edition in English, and the DON!! cards follow the same split.
Why are the English singles’ yen prices marked “about”?
On Collect2Day, the English Luffy and Ace are eBay listings priced in US dollars. To make them easy to compare with the Japanese cards, this post converts them to yen at the exchange rate Collect2Day showed that day, rounded to the nearest ¥100, and prints the original US dollar price beside it. Collect2Day has the actual price.
What should I watch for when searching?
There are three different “3rd Anniversary” sets: the English Version 3rd Anniversary Set covered here, a separate “Japanese Version 3rd Anniversary Set” with characters such as Nami, and a China edition. Sellers of both language editions of this set often use the same official promo photo, so read the listing and check it says 日本語版 (Japanese) or 英語版 (English) before you buy.
Why do the products link to a search page?
Several sellers list each product on Collect2Day at different prices, and a search lets you compare all of them. The “from” price is the lowest listing in that search on the day. Each search was checked result by result so that it only shows that product in that language edition.
