Bandai does not publish pull rates. Going by earlier Extra Boosters, a box usually holds one parallel, manga parallel or SEC plus 3 SRs, and now and then a box with two parallels; the expensive L-SP, SR-SP and foil Nami are not guaranteed. As for price, presale boxes traded higher before release and came down as release day approached; since October 31 the box has moved sideways.

EB-05 Heroines Edition prices for every card, by rarity

Is EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2 worth buying?

Character appeal drives this set. Nami, Robin and Hancock cards have long been collector favourites, and Kentaro Yabuki’s art has pulled in anime fans beyond card players; his foil Nami is the one high-value card still climbing after release.

New sets are volatile at first, though. Trades since release show most SP cards and reprinted leaders traded highest in the first day or two and have come down since; if you are not in a hurry, watch the trend before buying.

When buying singles, check the seller photos: Japanese text, the SP or parallel mark by the card number, and the corners and surface.

FAQ

What is the difference between L-SP, SR-SP and SR-SPC?

All three are the set’s top special versions: L-SP is the manga-art version of a leader (Robin), SR-SP the manga-art version of an SR (Shirahoshi), and SR-SPC / R-SPC are the magazine-cover SP cards.

How many Kentaro Yabuki Nami cards are there?

Two, both numbered EB05-055: the regular parallel with a cat silhouette and hearts behind her, and the foil-stamped version with a second Nami in the background. Their prices are far apart.

Is there an English EB-05, and which edition are these prices for?

EB-05 is also released in English, with English card text. Every price in this post is for the Japanese edition only; check the card language in the seller photos before you buy.
