Beyblade X BX-52 Luster Dragoon, BX-53 and BX-56: October 2026 Releases

Beyblade X BX-52 cover: dark arena light, with BX-52 Luster Dragoon, the BX-53 set and BX-56 each in its own frame.

Beyblade X BX-52 Luster Dragoon 6-60LC is the new top everyone will be watching in October 2026. TAKARA TOMY has three releases this month: BX-52, a new heavyweight left-spin attacker; the BX-53 All-in-One Set, with three tops and a stadium in one box; and the white-and-violet BX-56 String Launcher L. All three launch in Japan on October 10, 2026.

The short version

  • Beyblade X BX-52 Luster Dragoon 6-60LC is a new left-spin Attack top with the new LC (Low Cyclone) bit, 1mm lower than the C bit; a left-spin launcher and Long Winder are in the box.
  • The BX-53 All-in-One Set holds a double-metal-coated Aero Pegasus 3-70A, two Version 2.0 tops (Wizard Arrow 4-80B and Knight Shield 3-80N), a Winder Launcher, a String Launcher and a stadium.
  • BX-56 is a white-and-violet left-spin string launcher, sold on its own with no top. All three launch in Japan on October 10, 2026.

Why Beyblade X BX-52 and the October releases matter

Left-spin tops are still rare, and Beyblade X BX-52 is the only all-new single top this month. Spinning the opposite way to most opponents changes how clashes land, and for anyone who customises, the new LC bit is worth having on its own.

BX-53 serves two kinds of buyer: newcomers without a stadium can start battling from one box, and collectors will want the double-metal-coated Aero Pegasus inside. BX-56 is the natural upgrade for left-spin players who prefer a string launcher.

Standout featuresIts official move is “Left Heavy Crush”: strong attack points all around the edge let it land a decisive hit from any angle. The metal runs right to the centre for high rigidity, and an off-centre two-blade layout scoops opponents up and knocks them away — a heavyweight left-spin blade. The 6-60 ratchet sits the top low, with six teeth of two alternating types for stronger repel. The new LC bit sits 1mm lower than the C bit and bites into the stadium during left spin for low, fast attacks.

Standout featuresThe headline is the double-metal-coated Aero Pegasus. Its official move is “Heavy Attack”: three large blades for high striking force, with the metal coated twice for extra performance. The 3-70 ratchet is mid-height with three high-repel teeth, and the A (Accel) bit pairs a flat tip with a large gear for better X-Dash. The other two tops are Version 2.0 releases with re-tuned blades; exactly what changed will only be clear once the set is out.

Frequently asked questions

What is the LC bit on BX-52?

LC stands for Low Cyclone. Per the official spec sheet it sits 1mm lower than the C bit and bites into the stadium during left spin, for low, fast attacks.

Can I launch BX-53’s tops with BX-56?

No. BX-56 is a left-spin-only launcher, and the official spec sheets list all three BX-53 tops as right-spin. Use the launchers that come with BX-53.

Will the Aero Pegasus double metal coat wear off?

The official spec sheet notes that the coating may peel with use. If it’s a collector’s piece, keep it out of heavy battling.
